I have been a customer of their service department for 4 years. Overall the service is good. There was a minor oversight when installing one of the rear mud guards 3 years ago but they corrected it right away. On my previous maintenance appointment, there was a discrepancy between the initial quote & final price for oil & air filter changes. The service advisor initially said I qualify for a discount. When I arrived to retrieve my car the next day, another service advisor said there was a mistake on the discount.

I had to get 1 tire fixed, they had to keep the car overnight, literally over 24 hours from when I dropped it off for 1 tire to be fixed, now they have 3 sales reps blowing up my phone when I'm still currently in a lease for another 2 months

It took way too long to conclude the deal. The offer on my trade in was ridiculous. I had to pay out of pocket for the down payment and sell my car at another dealer for significantly higher price. Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the specs and options of the chosen model.
We went to another dealership on us1 and the second we got there they treated us bad very poor service, 6 guys in a booth no one helped us cut they were 30 minutes from closing.The next day we decided to visit this braman and Nick Stgermain as soon as we walked in treated us great and was so helpful as a sales rep very professional, Next time we need to buy a car would definitely go back to braman and get it with Nick.
