Maruf is amazing, the best of the best and the reason I go there. Will say one area of improvement is the picking of the car with the valet. It again took 28 minutes to get my car.
Service was always trying to upsell me on items i didn't need. For example, $150 rear wiper blades--that I purchased off of amazon for $12. Also, a brake flush even though I stated I would only drive the car another 10 miles before selling it. This doesn't endear any type of trust, especially when it comes to establishing a longer term service relationship
