My wife and I had an excellent experience at Braman with Sales Executive Daniel Piñero and their finance manager, Luis Hinestrosa. We were impressed by the courtesy, friendliness, no-pressure experience, and knowledge of the iX. Over the last six months, we researched and test-drove many EVs multiple times to begin replacing our Teslas. However, I was very disappointed when I went to pick up my all-weather mats. There was no parking nearby, and no one was available to help me carry them to my car and set them up. Braman BMW is the best dealership in Miami Dade County. My salesman Jesus Pimienta was experienced, professional, friendly, and knows his products. We spent four hours together.
